The F.S.D. is the Fire/Life Safety Program leader.
Together we will work to maintain all of your duties with ease and efficiency using our cloud platform.
What To Expect:
Our first certification together will be conducted in-person, onsite.
During a 3-hour block we will:
a. Review your roles, responsibilities, and L.A. City requirements.
(Including FEMA-ICS 100.C if needed)
b. Strategize and structure the implementation of your Emergency Plan, Floor Warden Program or Exemption, Staff and Occupant Training, as well as the Fire Drill.
c. Convert your existing data into our cloud-based platform.
d. Subsequent annual renewals can be completed online, independently.

STEP 2
Building Emergency
Plan
Your Emergency Content Hub.
The foundation of the Fire/Life Safety Program is the Emergency Plan.
This is not just a simple update for 2020. We create unique content which will continue to serve as the standard upon which updates are made when needed.
What To Expect:
a. Survey and photograph the property. This includes up to 200 images. Your unique building will take center stage in the material. NOTHING IS GENERIC.
b. Distill the 300-page L.A.F.D. required plan, into 3 separate web-based sub-plans designed specifically for Management, Staff and Residents.
c. These sub-plans will feature only the most essential information, optimized for mobile devices, and capable of tracking:
*Distribution/Acceptance and Acknowledgement
*Self-Identify Physical Disabilities
*Volunteerism for Floor Warden Programs/Exemptions
*Pets
*Additional features are available.

STEP 3
Floor Warden Program
Management at Your Fingertips.
Regardless of whether you implement a Floor Warden Program or are eligible for an exemption, the initial process is the same.
What To Expect:
Each step in our unique system is connected. Therefore, when we launch the online Occupant Emergency Instructions (from STEP 2), the occupants will acknowledge receipt of their instructions, as well as opt-in or opt-out of the Floor Warden Program.
This is a major time efficiency for you as a manager, while simultaneously sparing tenants the perpetual peppering of paperwork, letters or email reminders.

STEP 4
Fire Drill
"Do we have to participate?"
This is the single most uttered phrase in the history of the fire drill.
The annual fire drill marks the final compliance measure for the year. It is a time of true celebration and a positive event to promote unity amongst management, staff, and occupants.
So...YES. You have to participate. HA!
What To Expect:
Before "Drill Day", we want to ensure that we've conducted Occupant and Staff training sessions. These sessions are typically 1-hour in length and cover emergency plan procedures including fire, earthquake, power outage, and more. We also cover fire drill expectations and field questions and/or concerns.
"Drill Day" will include:
a. 30-minute Pre-Drill Meeting with Essential Staff and Floor Wardens.
b. The Drill. Participation and Refusal will be documented and stored in your online dashboard.
c. 30-minute Post-Drill Critique
d. Fire Drill Certification and submission to the L.A.F.D.
